jjigsaw.com is the brainchild of Jane Ferris and Jane Lucas; friends and colleagues for over 20 years. With significant senior commercial, HR, change management, executive coaching, leadership and team development experience between them, they share an ambition to combine their extensive skills and expertise to help organisations benefit from the power of emotional intelligence.

Jane Ferris

Jane Ferris has extensive business and HR experience having undertaken a wide range of commercial roles ranging from senior Product roles in a multi-national plc to managing a successful start-up. Oxbridge educated, she has over 15 years HR experience specialising in talent management and leadership development working across different industry sectors including financial services, construction and floristry.  A highly experienced coach and facilitator, Jane is also a Lead Facilitator in the Association for Coaching, helping others further develop their skills.

 

 

 

Jane Lucas

During her 27-year career at Barclays, Jane Lucas operated as a Global HR Director supporting multiple businesses, including retail, corporate and investment banking, technology and operations, across regions including UK, USA, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. More recently Jane has enjoyed working with individuals and teams in not for profit organisations as a coach and mentor.

Commercial, pragmatic and results-orientated, they share a common philosophy and belief in the power of emotional intelligence to transform behaviour in the workplace. Jane and Jane work together with a natural synergy and drive to exceed clients’ expectations, actively incorporating their values of; trusted, helpful, collaborative, insightful and professional, in everything they do.

Both are qualified bankers, licenced practitioners of a business emotional intelligence assessment and development system and Institute of Leadership and Management qualified executive coaches and mentors, with proven track records of supporting individuals and teams across multiple sectors, geographies and different sized organisations.

Often referred to as ‘the two Janes’, they are described together as friendly, approachable, straight forward and easy to work with.
