Jane Ferris

Jane Ferris has extensive business and HR experience having undertaken a wide range of commercial roles in a multi-national plc through to managing a successful start-up. She has over 15 years HR experience specialising in leadership development and talent management. Jane is a Fellow member and Lead Facilitator for the Association for Coaching.

During her 27-year career at Barclays, Jane Lucas operated globally as the  HR Director for a range of businesses, including retail, corporate and investment banking, technology and operations, across regions including UK, USA, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
